In figure 2, is a typical installation
shown with all the recommended
accessories for the pump to operate
correctly.
NOTE: The compressed air supply
must be fixed between 3 and 10 bar,
being 6 bar the recommended
pressure.
The pump is self–priming. To prime
it the first time, it is convenient to
connect the air supply to the pump
increasing the air pressure slowly
from zero up to the desired
pressure, using a pressure
regulator.
The pump starts automatically to
pump when the outlet grease control
gun in the end of a hose reel will be
opened.
NOTE: It is important that the foot
valve do not get in contact with dirty
areas, such as a workshop floor,
because it may enter shavings or
other particles that can damage the seals or cause problem with
lubricate performance.

alla rekommenderade tillbehör som behövs
för att pumpen skall utföra ett bra arbete.
OBS! Det är mycket viktigt att intagsdelen
på fettpumpen inte kommer i kontakt med
golv eller annan nedsmutsad yta. Allt som
fastnar på pumpröret kommer att ta sig in i
pumpen och antingen förstöra packningar
och kolvstänger eller hamna i fettet som
distribueras ut till smörjstället.
Pumpen är självsugande. Till första start
och vid byte av fettfat är det lämpligt att
långsamt höja lufttrycket från noll till
arbetstrycket genom att försiktigt skruva
upp trycket via luftregulatorn.
Pumpen startar automatiskt när trycket
sjunker då en ventil öppnas i systemet, till
ex. en fettventil i änden på en slangrulle.
OBS! Tryckluften skall ställas in mellan
3 och 10 Bar. Normalt arbetstryck är 6 Bar.
