Lap Belt Installation

IMPORTANT: Check your vehicle owner's manual to determine how
to lock your vehicle belt system.
1. Secure your child in the child restraint
before installing in the vehicle. See
page 41.
2. Place the child restraint rear facing on
the vehicle seat.
3. Pull the vehicle belt out and
route under the child restraint
belt guides and buckle.
NOTE: Verify that the vehicle
belt is not twisted.
