release the press bar, and you can fix them into co ee maker firmly throu h turn it anticlockwise until
it is at the "lock" position. (Fi . 1).
Pour out the hot water in the cup. Then place the hot cup on removable shelf.
At the time, the reen lamp is illuminated, if the reen lamp is extin uished, wait for a moment, once
the reen lamp is illuminated, and you should press the co ee/hot water selector on the "1" position,
waitin for a moment, there will be co ee flowin out.
Note: Durin operation, if the reen indicator is extin uished, you must close the pump and stop to
make espresso co ee. After a few seconds, if the reen lamp is illuminated a ain, you can make
espresso co ee continued by pressin co ee/hot water selector to "1" position, the reen lamp is cycle
ON and OFF to maintain the water temperature is hot enou h.
You should press co ee/hot water selector to "0" position manually when desired co ee is obtained or
the colour of co ee chan es weak obviously, the red and reen indicator o out and the co ee maker
stops workin , your co ee is ready now.
WARNING: Do not leave the co ee maker unattended durin makin the co ee, as you need operate
manually sometimes!
After finishin makin the co ee, you can take the metal funnel out throu h turn anticlockwise, and
then pour the co ee residue out with the steel mesh pressed by press bar.
Let them cool down completely, then rinse under runnin water.
FROTHING MILK/ MAKING CAPPUCCINO
You et a cup of cappuccino when you top up a cup of espresso with frothin milk.
Method:
Prepare espresso first with container bi enou h accordin to the part "MAKE ESPRESSO COFFEE",
make sure that the steam control knob is at the "OFF" or "0" position.
Press steam+switch button, wait for a moment, until the steam+switch indication li ht chan e from
flashin from to keeps on.
Note: Durin operation, if the reen indicator is extin uished, you should turn the steam control knob
to "OFF" or "0" position. Press co ee/hot water selector to the "1" position and pump water, after
about 30s, close the pump co ee/hot water selector to the "0" position), then wait for until the reen
indicator is illuminated and turn the steam control knob in anticlockwise, the steam will come out
a ain.
Fill a ju with about 100 rams of milk for each cappuccino to be prepared, you are recommended to
use whole milk at refri erator or room temperature (not hot!).
Note: In choosin the size of ju , it is recommend the diameter is not less than 70±5mm, and bear in
mind that the milk increases in volume by 2 times, make sure the hei ht of ju is enou h.
Turn the steam control knob slowly in anti-clockwise, steam will come out from the frothin device.
Note: Never turn the steam control button rapidly, as the steam will accumulate rapidly in short time
which may increase the potential of the risk of explosion.
Insert the frothin device into the milk about two centimetre, froth milk in the way movin vessel round
from up to down.
When the required purpose is reached, you can turn the steam control knob to "OFF" or "0" position.
Note: Clean steam outlet with wet spon e immediately after steam stops eneratin , but care not to
hurt!
