Standard tray
It is used for pastries, frozen foods and fry-
ing large pieces.
Deep tray
It is used for pastries, frying large pieces,
juicy food or for the collection of flowing
oils when grilling.
Wire grill
It is used for frying or placing the food to
be baked, fried and stewed on the desired
shelf.
On models with wire shelves :
On models without wire shelves :
Wire grill in tray
By placing it in the tray (if provided), it is
ensured that the oils flowing while grilling
are collected in the tray and thus the con-
tamination of the oven is prevented.
Wire grill in tray is not suitable for use in
deep tray.
Frying grill (Fit Fry)
Used for shallow or oil-free frying of foods.

Cooking shelves
There are 5 levels of shelf position in the
cooking area. You can also see the order of
the shelves in the numbers on the front
frame of the oven.
