    - Kl av ie r 1 Owner’s Manual USING THE PEDALS The Blüthner e-Klavier is fitted with 3 pedals, which function like the pedals of a grand piano. Soft Pedal Sostenuto Pedal Damper Pedal Soft Pedal: reduces the volume level and makes the sound softer. Sostenuto Pedal: sustains all the notes currently held down when first depressed, while allowing subsequent notes to play normally.

This indicates that the Function Mode is on and all available functions can be accessed, including the Metronome, Recorder, Playback, Traponsition, Touch and Tune settings and effects.
