receptacle contacts may be worn or broken.

access to energized outlets. Like any other child-deterrent
product, this device is not a substitute for adult supervision. An
unsupervised child may be able to defeat this product. As with
all electrical products, precautions should be observed during
handling and use to prevent electrical shock. Do not allow
children to play with electrical equipment.
INSTALLATION
Firmly push the Outlet Cover into
the electrical outlet.
TO CLEAN
Remove Outlet Cover. Wipe
Cover with damp cloth and dry
completely.
CAUTION:
• Check the product regularly to ensure safe use.
• If worn or damaged, remove outlet cover immediately and replace
as needed.
• Discontinue use when the child is able to remove it.
