Diagnostics
This function creates a diagnostic file (.diag) that contains all available information across all nets. This file is
required for troubleshooting by the customer service.
First, the destination folder is determined and the filename is entered in a dialog.

After clicking the Save button the information is collected from the system and written in the diagnostic file. The
progress and the status can be observed in the following window. The window can be closed by clicking on the
close button after the process is finished.
