To keep the warranty valid, never try to repair the system yourself. If you encounter problems when using this
unit, check the following points before requesting service.
• No power
Ensure that the AC cord of the soundbar and subwoofer are connected properly.
o
Ensure that there is power at the AC outlet.
o
• Remote control does not work
Before you press any function buttons, first select the correct source.
o
Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit.
o
Insert the batteries with their polarities (+/-) aligned as indicated.
o
Replace the batteries.
o
Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the unit.
o
•Loud hum or noise is heard
The plugs and sockets are dirty. Wipe them with a cloth slightly moistened with an appropriate
o
non-abrasive cleaning solution.
• The unit does not respond when pressing any buttons
The unit may freeze up during use. Switch the unit off and then on again at the mains socket to
o
reset the unit.
• No sound output
Make sure that the unit is not muted. Press MUTE or VOL + to resume normal listening.
o
Ensure the audio setting of the input source (e.g. TV, game console, DVD player, etc.) is set to
o
PCM mode while using optical connection.
• I can't find the Bluetooth name of this unit on my Bluetooth device for Bluetooth pairing
Ensure that the unit is switch on.
o
Ensure that the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth device.
o
• No connection between the main unit and the subwoofer
Ensure the mains cables of the main unit and the subwoofer are both connected securely to
o
the mains power socket.
Pair the main unit with the subwoofer manually. Please refer to "Pairing the Wireless
o
Subwoofer with the Main Unit" above.
• This is a 15 mins power off function, one of the ERPII standard requirement for saving power
When the unit's external input signal level is too low, the unit will be turned off automatically
o
in 15 minutes. Please increase the volume level of your external device.
