- Page 4 WH-E31 型：104.4mm+0.5 X 58.4mm+0.5 Installation Method： Fix the fastener onto the printer(WH-E30 no use fastener).Insert the built-in part of printer into the installing orifice of instrument or equipment. Then open the paper case cover, tighten the screws in the front of panel.（Note：The torque valu is 4.5Kgf.cm）.
- Page 5 Attention： Do not connect AC to the printer directly, operating voltage should be within ± 5% rated voltage. Power polarity must be correct, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to printer, brightek company do not assume maintenance compulsory upon this.
- Page 6 快速安装手册 ●装纸 Paper Roll 安装步骤： 1、如图 1 所示，沿着箭头方向按下开门扳手。 2、如图 2 所示，把开门板手往外扣，使机头滚轴跳出打印头。 3、打开纸仓盖，把打印纸装入，并拉出一截（超出一点撕纸牙齿） ，把纸放整齐，同时注意纸的方 向，如图 3 所示，有药液一面（光滑面）向上。 4、合上纸仓盖，打印头走纸轴压齐打印纸后稍用力把打印头走纸轴压回打印头，并把开门板手推 入复位。 。 5、接通打印机的电源，然后按 LF 键使机头转动，这时看一下纸是否走歪，待机或关上电源 Replacing the Paper Roll 1. Unsheathe the circumrotated wrench from the position the arrow point to (Fig 1)and circumgyrate it until the paper cover opened as shown in Fig 2.
- Page 7 快速安装手册 ●清洁 Cleaning 清洁保养： 热敏打印机使用久了以后，热敏条与滚轴上会留下一些污垢，如果不及时清理会影响到打印机的使 用与寿命。我们建议您不定期做好清理。方法是打开纸舱盖，用棉棒沾少许酒精，轻轻擦拭打印机 热敏头，及纸仓上的滚轴。 Printer Cleaning If the interior of the printer is dusty, print quality can decline. So please clean the printer regularly. Open the cover of printer, then wipe the printer head with a cleaning pen and use a cloth moistened with an alcohol to solution to clean the paper sensor and the platen roller.
- Page 8 ●产品维护手册 一、打印机故障分析及排除 1、打印内容空白。 处理措施：检查热敏打印纸方向是否装反，有药液一面（光滑面）朝纸仓内。 2、打印内容乱码或不打印接口数据。 处理措施： A、检查数据连接线是否有松动或连接是否良好。 B、串口机型：检查串口配置参数（波特率、数据位、停止位、校验位和流控制）是否与上 位机匹配。 3、打印内容颜色比较浅或打印一半。 处理措施：检测打印机供电电压是否正常。 4、打印内容缺列或部分内容模糊。 处理措施： 关闭打印机电源， 打开纸仓盖检查机头加热板上是否有异物或划伤， 如有异物， 用医用棉签蘸无水酒精清洗加热板；如果清洗不掉或划伤返回厂家检修。 5、打印头在没有纸的状态下，指示灯没有闪烁，机头齿轮还一直转动。 处理措施：关闭打印机电源，检查机头测纸传感器表面是否有异物，如有异物，用医用棉 签蘸无水酒精清洗。 注：打印机内的电子元件不能随意拆卸或代换，如出现故障现象按照以上方法无法修复，请返 回厂家检修。 二、打印机使用注意事项和日常保养 1、在使用打印机之前，需熟读“安装说明书”文件。 2、使用打印机之前，请不要将打印机先接通电源，应先对打印机进行检查,把各种线完全插好后再 开机。 3、必须使用原厂配备的电源和连接线，否则可能对打印机造成永久性损坏。 4、必须使用符合要求的纸卷．（如纸的厚度、宽度、打印面比较光滑等），已延长打印机加热板 寿命。 5、请不要选纸张末端粘合在纸轴上的纸卷，否则这样打印机走纸时将无法正确测出纸卷末端，继 续走纸时会对打印机机头与主板机构造成损坏。 6、打印机在暂时不用时应将电源关闭，已延长打印机使用寿命。 7、定期处理打印机加热板和滚轴上留下一些污垢，以便影响打印内容的效果。 8、打印机在出现异常故障现象时，请在第一时间关闭电源，通知相关人员进行检修。 ...
