    3. WARNING DEVICES Annual inspection of warning devices and protective devices must be carried out. This refers to the control of their function and status. 3.1 Warning texts WARNING! Ignoring this information will result in immediate danger to life. PROHIBITED! Prohibited action associated with danger or death or serious injury! REQUIREMENT!

Electricity This machine is not isolated against electric current. It is therefore necessary to have a correct safety distance to the high-voltage conductors or other current carrying objects.

    Lock the swivel wheels when the lift is parked. Make sure that the working area around the lift is protected from people or other equipment. Never push or pull objects with the lift. Lock the lift when not in use to prevent unauthorized use. 4.

    4.2 When rebuilding the lift If the lift is rebuilt or supplemented with other parts not approved by the manufacturer, this CE marking does not apply to the parts that change the function of the lift. Warning decals and CE marking on the lift must be clearly visible.

    6. HOW TO USE All safety regulations, operating instructions, labels and national safety instructions / requirements must be carefully read, understood and complied with. 6.1 Checks before using the lift 1. Inspect the lift for any damage that may affect safety. 2.

Emergency lowering of the platform is done with a switch that is located on the lift chassis control panel.

    7. MAINTENANCE 7.1 Inspection & maintenance intervals A complete inspection consists of periodic visual and functional checks along with minor adjustments in order to ensure the function. The daily inspection prevents the abnormal wear and prolongs the life of all machine systems. Inspection and maintenance will be performed at specified intervals.

    7.3 Battery charging The lift’s batteries are located under the chassis control panel. The batteries are of AGM type, they are leak-proof and cannot be refilled with battery fluid. When batteries need to be replaced, this should only be done with batteries approved by the manufacturer. Battery acid is very corrosive.

    7.4 Adjusting automatic wheel locking The lift is equipped with an automatic wheel lock (11). The wheel lock consists of a wire that is pressed down by an adjustable wire pusher. The wire pusher (9) is located under the platform floor, see picture below.
