2.2.1.1 Adjustable over temperature cut-out Before switching the SUB baths on for the first time, using a screwdriver through the hole in the set over temperature knob, turn the set over temperature control fully clockwise and press. -

It is not a thermostat. For heat up, turn the set heater power knob to maximum. Once the water is boiling, turn the knob to the minimum position which will maintain boiling. -
