8. Phone as your personal
assistant

Calendar (Menu 8)

You can use the phone's calendar to keep track of reminders, calls
you need to make, meetings and birthdays. You can set the calendar
to sound an alarm when it's time for you to make a call or to go to
a meeting.
Note:
Your phone must be switched on to use this function. Do not
switch on the phone when wireless phone use is prohibited or when
it may cause interference or danger.

Calendar views

Day list
Press Menu, roll to Calendar, and press Navi Roller to access the
day list.
Day list allows you to roll through the days day by day. For each day,
the day list shows the date and the icon for each note type you have
set for the day. See "Adding a calendar note" on page 58.
Tip: Pressing View enters the week list. The week list allows
you to roll your calendar week by week. You can also access
the week list by pressing Options, and then rolling to
View by weeks and pressing Navi Roller.
Tip: In the day list and week list, you can quickly jump to a
certain date by entering the date by using the number keys.
For example, if today is the 9th and you key in 3, the phone
jumps to the third day of the following month.
