INTRODUCTION

Please refer to the user guide of the product for instructions on operation, care and
maintenance, including important safety information.
Modem Setup for Nokia 3600/3650 installs the following components on your computer:
Nokia 3600/3650 data and fax modem drivers, which enable you to use your phone as
a modem in data and fax calls
Nokia Modem Options, which enables you to set options for the data calls you make
Modem Options for Nokia 3600/3650 runs on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP and supports the
Bluetooth DUN and FAX profile.

INSTALLING MODEM OPTIONS FOR NOKIA 3600/3650

1. From the CD-ROM main menu, click Install and then click Install now. Click Modem
Options for Nokia 3600/3650.exe.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen.
In the Connection Method Selection dialog box, you are prompted to select one or more of
the available connection methods:
infrared connection (provided that your computer has infrared capabilities)
Bluetooth connection (provided that a Bluetooth card and the associated software are
installed on your PC)
If you do not have the CD-ROM:
1. Download the installation file (setup.exe).
2. Go to the directory where you downloaded the file and double-click it.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note: You can only have one modem connection (over infrared or Bluetooth)
active at a time.
