TRANSPORT LED Behavior
CONNECTING THE PRO-BLADE TRANSPORT
Before you begin, make sure your computer system is turned on with
your operating system fully loaded and ready for hardware and software
installation. Then continue with these steps.
How to Connect the PRO-BLADE TRANSPORT
1.
Ensure that a PRO-BLADE SSD mag is fully inserted in the PRO-BLADE
TRANSPORT.
2. Connect the SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE TRANSPORT device to your
computer system with the included USB-C cable using the connector (marked
in blue) labeled USB 20G.
3. Congratulations! The SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE TRANSPORT is now
ready to use.
The PRO-BLADE SSD mag is pre-formatted with the APFS file system for macOS. If you want
to use this device with a computer using the Windows operating system, you will need to
reformat the PRO-BLADE SSD mag device. See Knowledge Base Article: 30566.
INSERTING THE PRO-BLADE SSD MAG INTO THE TRANSPORT
To insert or remove a PRO-BLADE SSD mag into the PRO-BLADE
TRANSPORT, follow the instructions below and use illustration 2.3 as a
reference.
