Go no power output on terminal 47 and 48 for the water pump contactor
1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
February 10, 2025
The possible causes of no power output on terminal 47 and 48 for the TICA TAS-AH Series water pump contactor could include:
1. Main Controller Power Supply Issue – The main controller must use the same power supply as the unit. If the power supply is incorrect or unstable, the terminal may not output power. 2. Incorrect Wiring or Loose Connections – Check the wiring between the main power supply, controller, and terminals 47 and 48 to ensure proper connections. 3. Breaker or Fuse Issue – A tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse could prevent power from reaching the terminals. 4. External Interlocking Failure (Failure Code 02) – If there is an external interlocking fault, the system may prevent power output to the water pump contactor. 5. Communication Error with Master Unit (Failure Code 04) – If the communication between the master and slave units fails, power output may be affected. 6. System Overload (Failure Code 15 or 16) – If the system detects an overload condition, it may shut down power to certain components, including the water pump contactor. 7. Faulty Water Flow Detection (Failure Code 01 or 08) – If the system detects insufficient water flow, it may disable power output to the pump to prevent damage.
Checking these potential issues should help identify and resolve the problem.
