Preparation
Adjusting the parallel guide
Insert the parallel guide into the holders (10)
on the saw's soleplate and adjust it to the
required distance from the blade. Tighten the
lock screw (11).
Adjusting the cutting depth
To set the cutting depth, loosen the depth
setting knob (17) at the rear of the saw and
tilt the upper part of the saw until the desired
blade (14) depth (relative to the soleplate) is
achieved.
Re-tighten the depth adjustment knob.
The saw depth can be read on the depth
gauge (18) at the rear of the saw.

Setting the bevel angle
Release the bevel adjustment knob (9), and
tilt the upper part of the saw to the desired
angle (0-45° from vertical). Retighten the
bevel adjustment knob.
The angle can be read off the angle gauge
(8).
Use
Insert the plug into the mains socket and
switch on the power.
A dust extractor hose can be connected to
the dust extraction nozzle (1).
Always secure the item to be worked with
clamps or similar. Never hold the item in
place by hand.
Adjust the bevel angle, parallel guide and
cutting depth if necessary (see "Preparation").
Check that the saw is correctly set up and
that all handles and screws are correctly
tightened before starting to saw.
Place the front of the baseplate on the
workpiece.
Press the safety button (3) and the on/off
button (5) on the handle (2). Allow the saw
to reach full speed before starting to cut the
item.
