    Inspect and tighten resistance knob assembly. o Level feet. • Clean and seal the bike frame. Sweat can corrode the bike frame. Spinning® recommends that you seal the bike frame at least once a month with equipment polish. To seal the bike frame: Wipe the bike frame using a clean lint-free cloth dampened with 30 parts water to 1 part non-abrasive detergent.
