SHIMANO STEPS characteristics
When the battery level is low, the level of assistance is automatically reduced to increase the maximum
traveling distance.
When battery levels are unstable, or when assist power is not required, you can turn assist mode to
[OFF].
[Fine tune]
The riding comfort of the assist bicycle is determined by the relationship between the force applied to the pedals
and the drive unit output, and the maximum output of the drive unit. [Fine tune] supports a wide range of
riding conditions with up to 15 levels of settings.
The number of settings registered by default depends on the bicycle.
The settings and gear position can be customized in E-TUBE PROJECT.
