1) Configurations on S9500 A
# Enable MSTP in system view.
<S9500A> system-view
[S9500A] stp enable
# Configure the VLAN-to-MSTI mapping and region name of the MSTP region. Activate
the MSTP region configuration.
[S9500A] stp region-configuration
[S9500A-mst-region] instance 1 vlan 100
[S9500A-mst-region] instance 2 vlan 200
[S9500A-mst-region] region-name h3c
[S9500A-mst-region] active region-configuration
# Configure S9500 A as the root bridge of the instances.
[S9500A] stp instance 0 root primary
[S9500A] stp instance 1 root primary
