The device is suitable for cutting boneless meat, cheese, bread and vegetables. Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of danger. - Page 4 Make sure the disc is properly fixed before operating the machine. To push food against the cutting disc, use the food pusher supplied with this appliance only. Do not touch the rotating cutting disc. The blade of this appliance is extremely sharp; always be very careful when operating or cleaning the appliance.

Power switch 2. BEFORE USE Take the product out of the box and remove all packaging materials. Wash all the accessories that come into contact with foodstuffs (cutting disc, sliding plate, food pusher and thumb guard) in hot water and soap. -

Using the food slicer Plug the device into a power supply. Place a plate or a dish near the slicer to collect the slices. Move the platform away from the blade and lay the food to be sliced on the stainless-steel surface of the carriage. -

Pull the button at the end of the sliding rod. Lift the rod to remove it. Remove the carriage from the rod and clean it in warm soapy water. To put the carriage back in place, simply proceed in reverse order. Make sure the carriage has been re-installed correctly before restarting or storing the appliance. - Page 8 In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
