OPERATION

Powering on/off
To power on:
1. Turn on your computer. Connect one end of the USB cable into the Micro-USB port
of the scanner. Connect the other end into the USB port of your computer.
Alternatively, connect one end of the USB cable into the adapter, then connect the
other end into the Micro-USB port of the scanner. Plug the adapter into a wall socket,
then turn the socket on.
2. Press the power button to turn on the scanner.
To power off:
Press the power button, then disconnect the USB cable from the scanner and unplug the
adapter.
If the scanner is not in playback or USB mode, the scanner will also turn off automatically
after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Note:
Unplug the adapter/USB cable when the scanner is not in use.
Scanning modes and menus
This scanner features two scanning modes (Film scanner and Photo scanner).
Once the scanner has been turned on, the display will show the menu in accordance with
the scanning mode. Both scanning modes feature many of the same functions with some
unique features within both modes.
