CLEANING & CARE
Ensure the scanner is turned off and the USB cable is unplugged before cleaning.
Use a clean, dry, non-alcohol cotton swab to clean the glass surface periodically to ensure
clear images.
Storage
Store the scanner in a cool, dry place.
If the scanner will not be used for an extended period, ensure the USB cable is unplugged
from the scanner and computer.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue

Solution
• If there is slight striping, move the film holder to and fro
gently within the scanner until the stripes disappear on the
live view
• If the stripes persist, contact help.Kogan.com for
assistance.
• Ensure the cable has been securely connected into your
computer's USB port
• Try connecting the cable to another USB on your computer
• Ensure the scanner is turned on when connecting
