Opening the main menu
for radio mode
Press TUNER to change to radio mode.

The main menu containing the radio functions as
described in the following is displayed. Names or
frequencies of the stations are shown. If the set
station transmits RDS signals in FM mode
(RDS = radio data system), you are
also shown the contained information
(such as the station name or radio text).
Press TUNER again to change from FM to

AM.

Radio-function control elements

A TUNER
The TUNER tab provides access to all major
functions and information of the radio
module.
B Frequency band display
The frequency band display indicates whether
the FM or AM band is currently selected.
C Frequency display
This display shows the broadcasting frequen-
cy of the radio station currently selected.
D TA display
This display indicates whether traffi c an-
nouncements (TA) are enabled or disabled.
E Arrow buttons (left/right)
- The arrow button and allows you to
select the channel presets in upward or
downward direction.
- The arrow buttons and
seek the next station in upward or down-
ward direction (press and hold).
F Station preset display
This display indicates the number of the
preset of the station currently selected.

G Station name display
If broadcasted by the station, this display
shows the name of the station currently
selected.
Press this display in the touchscreen to
access the list of program storages.
H Radio text display
This display shows the radio text currently
broadcasted. This information is provided
by supplementary data broadcasted by the
radio station. Such information may be the
track and artist of the song currently played
back or the latest news.
I STATIONLIST
The button STATIONLIST opens a list of all
stations that are currently the strongest.
J OPTION/radio settings
