SET UP & USE

ANTI-CALC SYSTEM

A special filter inside the water tank softens the water and prevents scale build-up in
the soleplate. The filter is permanent and does not need replacing.
NOTE: Use tap water only. Distilled and demineralized water makes the anti-calc
system ineffective by altering its physical and chemical characteristics.

ANTI-DRIP SYSTEM

This iron is equipped with a drip stop function. The iron automatically stops steaming
when the temperature is too low to prevent water from dripping out of the soleplate.
This is ideal when ironing delicate fabrics.
3-WAY AUTO SHUTOFF
An electronic safety device will
automatically switch the heating
element off if the iron has not been
moved for more than 30 seconds in
a horizontal position (Fig. A) or if the
iron is on its side. (Fig. B) If in a vertical
position (Fig. C), this will occur after
8-9 minutes of not being moved. To
indicate that the heating element has
been switched off, the auto off indicator
light will start blinking.
When picking up the iron again, the
the power indicator light will turn solid
again.
Wait for the pilot light to turn on, then
off, the iron is now ready to use once
again.
