6. If you chose Server in Step 3, specify the default duration
for DHCP leases in the Lease Time field.
Enter the lease duration in day:hour:minute:second
(DD:HH:MM:SS) format.
7. If you chose Relay-agent in Step 3, specify the IP address
the remote DHCP server to which your Cayman 2E-W will
relay Dynamic Host Control Protocol address requests in
the Server Address field.
8. Click the Save button to store your modified
configuration in the Cayman 2E-W memory.
9. Click the Restart Cayman-2E button on the Cayman 2E-W
Home Page to restart your Cayman 2E-W with its new
configuration.
The Ethernet Port B (WAN) Configuration window lets you enter
TCP/IP configuration information for the WAN (Ethernet B) port on
your Cayman 2E-W. The appearance of the Ethernet B window
depends on whether you have turned on PPP over Ethernet on the
port.
The Cayman 2E-W is configured at the factory to determine the
correct configuration for its WAN port automatically. You will only
configure this information if the Cayman 2E-W cannot determine its
Ethernet Port B configuration information from a DHCP server on
your wide area network.
To display the Ethernet Port B (WAN) Configuration window (Figure
3-8), click the Ethernet B (WAN) button on the Cayman 2E-W Home
Page.
