Cambridge Kuranda Dog Bed Assembly Instructions
Parts List:
- 1 Fabric (40oz Vinyl or Ballistic Nylon).
- 2 Long Cambridge frame pipes.
- 2 Short Cambridge frame pipes.
- 4 Cambridge legs and 4 leg caps.
- 4 Top corners and 4 bottom corners.
- 1 Hardware kit (8 bolts, 8 nuts and 4 self tapping screws).
Tools Needed:
- Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- 7/16" Wrench, Pilers or Adjustable Wrench.
1. Lay fabric flat with underside facing
upwards. Using the 2 short frame pipes and
2 long frame pipes, insert fabric sleeves into
the channel of each length of pipe. When
using the ballistic nylon fabric you are
required to manually slot the cording into
the fabric sleeves. This step is not required
for the 40oz vinyl fabric as the cording is
already encased into the vinyl sleeves
ballistic nylon fabric can have very little
stretch when first used, as of this it may
need to be forcibly stretched out to fit the
frame.
2. Position one top corner underneath the
frame. (Ensure frame is flush against the
corner groves to prevent assembly issues
further on). You may find the frame is not
slotting correctly into the top corners due to
the ballistic nylon fabric seeming too short. If
this is occurring please use force to stretch
out the ballistic nylon fabric. Repeat process
on further 3 corners.
3. Insert legs into each bottom corner and
secure in place with the self tapping screws.
If the self tapping screws are coming to a
stop, then the screw is not lined up with the
hole on the internal side of the bed leg.
Unscrew the self tapping screw and retry,
ensuring the screw is perfectly straight upon
insert. Repeat process on further three legs.
