HOW TO ASSEMBLE & USE Warning: DO NOT disassemble the Turbine. 1. Unpack all parts from the package and place them on the floor. 2. Clean the exterior parts of the fan thoroughly with warm water & detergent with a soft cloth.

Dry Vacuuming 5. When vacuuming dry dust and materials which are not wet, attach the HEPA Filter around the cylindrical component at the bottom of the Turbine as shown. 6. (Optional) A Paper (Dust) bag is provided (non-replaceable). It is not necessary to use the bag.

Wet Vacuuming (You may perform Steps 7 & 8 as an alternative to Steps 5 & 6 if a HEPA Filter is not available when dry vacuuming.) 7. When vacuuming liquids and materials which are wet, attach the (black) Sponge Filter around the cylindrical component at the bottom of the Turbine as shown.
