Two different test types, different patient ID

The MEAN and CV% are calculated as follows (for duplicate tests, only):

2. Remove the cassette carefully from the carousel: Holding the cassette
in one hand, remove the PFA test cartridge by gently pulling the bottom
of the PFA test cartridge toward you until it unsnaps.
3. Dispose of the PFA test cartridge in a suitable biohazard waste
container.
WARNING
False results due to mix-up of patient samples.
Death or serious injury to the patient can result.
• Make sure to assign the PFA test cartridge position to the correct
patient.
To perform two different test types with different blood samples, proceed as
follows:
1. Press the softkey located next to Run on the System Ready display.
 The analyzer will start testing and display the processing stage of the
sample (incubation or performing testing sample A or sample B).

Then Press Run

When the testing is complete, the analyzer will print and display the results
along with an ID No. assigned by the analyzer and the test type.

3. Dispose of the PFA test cartridge in a suitable biohazard waste
container.
