If the fan is not turning, rotate the fan on the shaft and the fan should begin to turn. If not, check for proper voltage to the fan and contact Rytec Technical Support for assistance at 1-800-628-1909. After 30 minutes the surface of the heater housing should be warm to the touch and frost should begin to dissipate.
