Step 2
The blue with white stripe wire goes
between both ends of the cable.
In the middle is a connector that comes
apart. Pull the ends to disconnect them.
The female end is not used and can be left alone.

THIS CONNECTION.
Cut off the male 'bullet' end
and connect it to accessory
power. The wire on pin 16 as
shown in Diagram 1 is suitable.

Step 4
Locate the wire you will use that has 12 volts constant power.
The wire at pin 15 as shown in Diagram 1 is suitable. Mark this wire
or put your T-tap connector on it if you are using one, but do not
connect the yellow wire from the iCruze Interface Cable to it yet.
You will do this in Step 6.
Step 5
The included Factory•Linx
Interface Cable (from steps 1-3)
plugs into the "OEM Interface"
port on iCruze with the square
or Molex end, while the other

round end goes directly into
the Monster Factory•Linx
Interface Module IM-BMW1.
Step 6
The Interface Cable in the Interface Cable IC-BMW2 package
has three separate wires. The red wire needs 12 volts constant
power just like the yellow wire on the Interface Cable from
the iCruze package. Connect the yellow wire and red wire
to the 12 volt constant power source you found in Step 4.
Step 7
The brown wire on the Interface Cable in the Interface Cable
IC-BMW2 package needs to be connected to ground. A usable
location is the wire on Pin 12 as shown in Diagram 1. Connect
the brown wire to ground in the stereo's harness.
