Remove the hinges and LCD cable

Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 33
"Remove the built in battery" on page 39
"Remove the LCD unit" on page 43
"Remove the LCD bezel" on page 48
"Remove the LCD panel" on page 48
Step 1. Remove LCD cable and Wireless LAN cable.
