What to do if there is no oxygen
flow
No oxygen flow indicates that the
device may be turned off, try pressing
the power button to turn on and
check battery charge. Check nasal
prongs are connected correctly, if
none of these checks work, please call
us on 0800 373580.
What to do if the Eclipse oxygen
machine does not turn on
If the transportable oxygen machine
does not turn on when the On button
is pressed, the battery may not have
enough charge to turn the device
on. Plug the device into electricity
mains to charge. If this does not work,
please call us on 0800 373580.
What to do if the alarm sounds
When using an Eclipse in pulse dose
mode if no breath is detected for 60
seconds the machine will alarm until
normal breathing resumes.
If no hissing can be heard when
taking a breath while in pulse
dose mode you may require a
clinical review. Please contact your
Healthcare Professional.
