Parameter data record 128
Parameter assignment in the user program
You can change the parameters of the module in RUN.
• The parameters are transferred to the technology module with the WRREC instruction via
data record 128. The parameters set with STEP 7 are not changed in the CPU by this
action.
• The technology module then checks the parameters for plausibility.
After a startup, the parameters set with STEP 7 are valid again.
Output parameters: STATUS
If errors occur when transferring parameters with the WRREC instruction, the module
continues operation with the original parameter assignment. In this case, the STATUS output
parameter contains a corresponding error code.
You can find the description of the instruction "WRREC: Write data record" and the error codes
in the information system of the TIA Portal.
