Latest firmware file is downloaded to your computer from www.indexbraille.com /support/ downloads and to have Index Printer Driver 8.x installed.
Insert the embossing transport locks. Pack the embosser in the original packing material and as originally received from the Index Braille factory. Please include a fault description and sender information (name, address, telephone number, e- mail address, sample printout) in order to receive quick and effective service.
