Recommendations

  • Mounted to DIN rail in non metallic enclosure
  • 2A circuit breaker required.
  • Position this product as far away as possible from other units that generate strong electrical interference.

Prerequisites

  • A TYDOM hub installed and connected to your ADSL BOX.
  • Internet access (ADSL).

If you do not have access to Internet, you can set up your TYWATT with the TYDOM application using a WIFI router.

Connections

Switch off the system's power supply.

Terminal connection instructions

  • Strip the wires in keeping with the strip length specified on the product.

  • Drive the wire into the terminal as far as it will go.

Removal recommendations

  • Switch off the power supply.
  • Use a screwdriver to press the button of the terminal before removing the wire.

Connections

Connection of the open loop current transformer (Ti)

  • Connection of the secondary:
    Connect the blue wire of the Ti to terminal 3 and the white wire to the terminal 6 of the TYWATT.
  • Connection of the primary:
    Open the current transformer casing, insert the substation's phase conductor or conductors in keeping with the direction of circulation of the current from source to load. Close the Ti casing and make sure that it is suitably locked.

Switch the system on again


Remember to specify the type of substation measured on the plate of the electrical cabinet.

Association

Association with TYDOM 1.0 and 2.0

Associate your TYWATT 5450 with the TYDOM application.

  1. Run the TYDOM application
  2. Press the `SETTINGS' icon
  3. Select the following menus:
  4. Select your product
  5. Next, follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Then select the recently associated `Consumption device' and set it up according to the measured substation (Ti) (Heating, Cooling, DHW or Outlets).

Clear the association with TYDOM

  • Run the TYDOM application
  • Press the `SETTINGS' icon
  • Select the Consumption device related to the TYWATT 5450.
  • Press `Remove'.
