Attach the RVL cable, DVI-D Output, and USB 2.0 cable to the I/O ports at the front of your RCL transmitter. See

Connect the free end of the I/O cables and power cords to your hardware as shown in

Connect the free end of the power cords to your wall outlet.
Once power is supplied to your RVL transmitter and other hardware, light-emitting diode (LED) status indicators will illuminate on the front of your RVL transmitter.
