Mount the RVL Transmitter
IMPORTANT
If you will be installing your RVL transmitter in an environment where vibration is present, your RVL transmitter must be secured to a shelf, wall, or
DIN rail using one of the three mounting kits (supplied). If vibration is not present and your RVL transmitter will not be mounted to a wall, shelf or DIN
rail, proceed to

Attach the Bracket Kit
A book mount bracket kit, wall mount bracket kit, and a DIN rail mount kit for bottom mount or back mount installation is supplied with your RVL transmitter.

1.
Select the correct mounting kit for your installation.
2.
Align the bracket(s) to the mounting holes of your RVL transmitter.
3.
Using a 2.5 mm hex screwdriver, hand tighten the screws to your RVL transmitter.
Secure the RVL Transmitter
Before securing the RVL transmitter to the wall or shelf, be sure you are adhering to the

Place the RVL transmitter against the wall or shelf.
5.
Check that the RVL transmitter is level and square.
6.
Mark and drill pilot holes in the wall or shelf.
7.
For book mount or wall mount installation: Insert and tighten the M4x20 mounting screws (not provided) into the pilot holes on the wall or shelf.
For DIN rail bottom mount or DIN rail side mount installation: Attach the bracket to the DIN rail.
