INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Your unit should arrive with a full charge. To turn the unit on, hold the power p button
down until the unit lights up. Pressing the power button will automatically turn on the heat
function and the auto program.
NOTE: Use the removable straps to adjust the massager comfortably onto your neck (Fig. 1),
or remove the straps and use as a full-body massager on targeted areas (Fig. 2).
2. The auto program alternates between high and low intensity and also reverses the direction
of the massage throughout the program. To end auto program and switch to a single intensity,
press the "H" button for high intensity or the "L" button for low intensity.

3. To turn the heat function off, press the heat h button once.
4. To turn the unit off, hold the power p button down until all the functions turn off.
NOTE: This massager comes with a USB cord. To charge your massager, plug one side of the
USB-C cord into the unit and plug the other end into an adapter. Next, plug the adapter into
a 120-volt outlet.

TO CLEAN
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Spot clean only with a soft, slightly damp
sponge. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
• DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean.
• NEVER use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals that may or may not be
flammable and/or damaging to the product to clean.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the massager. There are no user-serviceable parts. For service,
contact Consumer Relations at the telephone number listed in the Warranty section.
TO STORE
Place massager in its box or in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed
objects which might cut or puncture the fabric surface. To avoid breakage, do not wrap the
power cord around the unit. Do not hang the unit by the power cord.
