  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Check that no parts are missing from the six boxes. Ensure you have the required tools and safety equipment shown in figure 1. Gloves Knife Hard Hat Mallet Tape Measure Driver Tape Measure Figure 1.
  • Page 7 STEP 2 Slide a collar (I) over the bottom of one of the posts (A) as shown in figure 2, with the rounded part of the collar facing towards the top of the leg. Position base plate (J) over the bottom of the leg section and affix to the leg using 6 screws (O). Repeat this process for the other three corner posts.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY STEP 3 Repeat the same process for the two centre posts. ×2 times Figure 3.
  • Page 9 STEP 4 Connect the beams together (B & B1) by sliding beam B into Beam B1. Repeat this process for beams B2 and B3 by sliding beam B3 into B2. Figure 4.
  • Page 10 STEP 5 To secure beams (B & B1) together, use spacers (T1) and screws (U1) and tighten with Allen key ((Y). Repeat this process for beams B2 and B3. Figure 5.
  • Page 11 STEP 6 This step requires you to join the beams and posts together whilst having all components laying on the ground. Take Post A and place one on the left hand side and one on the right. Place Post A1 in the centre. Slide the joined beams B & B1 into the top of the post A1.
  • Page 12 STEP 7 Take Post A and place one on the left hand side and one on the right. Place Post A1 in the centre. Slide the joined beams B2 & B3 into the top of the post A1. Secure and tighten screws with Allen key (Y).
  • Page 13 STEP 8 This step will require additional people and two ladders to help stand up each side of the gazebo whilst installing the end beams (C). Raise both sides of the gazebo up. Hold into position and slide in end beam (C) into the post (A) on the left and right side. Tighten screws with Allen Key (Y).
  • Page 14 STEP 9 Repeat the step at the other end of the gazebo. Hold into position and slide in end beam (C) into the post (A) on the left and right side. Tighten screws with Allen Key (Y). Figure 9.
  • Page 15 STEP 10 Find the corner along the B bream with the crank pin hanging down. Remove the screw from the crank pin temporarily. Slide the crank mechanism (V) over the pin, lining up the holes. Drive the screw through both parts. Insert the hook of the crank handle (H). Figure 10.
  • Page 16 STEP 11 Take two of the louvres (D) aside. Take the louvre arm plate (L) and position it on the inside of the left end of the louvre. Use two of the 25mm screws (Q) to affix the controller to the louvre. Find one of the louvre plates (K) and position it on the inside of the right end of the louvre.
  • Page 17 STEP 12 Remove the crank bolt from the (B) beam using the Allen key (X). Position the louvre at the top of the gazebo with the attached arm (L), lining up the louvre arm (L) with the crank socket on the (B) beam, just above the crank handle (second cradle position).
  • Page 18 STEP 13 Ensure the louvre arm (L) is in the correct position (as per illustration). Re-insert the louvre bolt and tighten with the Allen key (X). Figure 13.
  • Page 19 STEP 14 To secure the louvre pin into place, ensure the pin is sitting in the cradle on the beam (B). Take the cover (M) and line up the holes. Once in position, screw the cover plate in place using two M5 screws (P). Repeat this on the other side of the lovre on beam B3.
  • Page 20 STEP 15 This step is a repeat of step 12 but at the opposite end of the gazebo. Remove the crank bolt from the (B1) beam using the Allen key (X). Position the louvre at the top of the gazebo with the attached arm (L), lining up the louvre arm (L) with the crank socket on the (B1) beam, just above the crank handle (second cradle position).
  • Page 21 STEP 16 This step is a repeat of step 13 but at the opposite end of the gazebo. Ensure the louvre arm (L) is in the correct position (as per illustration). Re-insert the louvre bolt into the B1 beam and tighten with the Allen key (X). Figure 16.
  • Page 22 STEP 17 This step is a repeat of step 14 but at the opposite end of the gazebo. To secure the louvre pin into place, ensure the pin is sitting in the cradle on the beam (B1). Take the cover (M) and line up the holes. Once in position, screw the cover plate in place using two M5 screws (P).
  • Page 23 STEP 18 For each of the remaining 44 louvres, position a louvre plate (K) on the each end of the louvre. Fix each of the plates into place using two 25mm screws (Q). ×44 times Figure 18.
  • Page 24 STEP 19 Install a louvre (D) into the first position, next to the beam (C). Ensuring this louvre is in the same orientation as the one already installed, insert the louvre pin into the cradle. Figure 19.
  • Page 25 STEP 20 Place a small cover (M) on top and screw down in place using two M5 screws (P). Repeat this step on the opposite side of the louvre. Figure 20.
  • Page 26 STEP 21 Position two louvres in the centre of the gazebo. Install the remaining louvres in the same way as before. Ensure each louvre is in the same orientation. Insert the louvre pin onto the cradle on both ends of the louvre and screw down the cover plate (M) with two M5 screws (P).
  • Page 27 STEP 22 Once all louvres are correctly installed, take the louvre guide rail (G) and line up the holes with the free louvre pins on the crank handle side. Put the louvre guide rail over the pins. Push the straight section of the split pin (S) through the small hole of each pin protruding through the guide rail.
  • Page 28 STEP 23 Position a right-angle plate (N) on top of one of the post corners. Use three screws (R) to affix into place. Repeat for the remaining corners. ×4 times Figure 23.
  • Page 29 STEP 24 Secure the feet of the gazebo into the ground. For a hard surface such as concrete or tile, drill holes into the surface through the holes in the feet and install the supplied anchor bolts (W). For other surfaces, use another suitable fastener to secure the gazebo down.
