If you wa nt to se e the ta pe during R E W (F F ) m ode, press and hold the R E W (F F ) button. T he backward
(forwa rd) visua l sea rch picture will be se e n on the screen. R elease to return to the R E W (F F ) m ode.
DIGITAL TRACKING CONTROLS
W hen a tape is played, the D igital Auto Tracking system automatically adjusts the tracking to obtain the best
possible picture. If noise bars appear during playback, adjust the tracking manually as follows:

P ress the TR AC KIN G + or – button to obtain the best possible picture. "M AN UAL TR ." will appear for 4
seconds on the screen.
To resume automatic tracking, press the AU TO TR AC KIN G button. "AU TO TR ." will appear for 4 seconds on
the screen.
