What does that mean for Service?
Whenever we replace an electrical component, we need to open such connection.
The easiest way is to reopen the pressed crimp housing by attacking from the side with pliers
Required tool when replacing crimp connectors:
Ratchet Crimping Tool

Oval crimp tool for insulated cable connectors
•

& 6mm
Prepare the cable:
"Never solder the wire strands before crimping – soldering is not allowed!"

Twist the wires together along the entire lengths
[13mm (0,51 in) Min & 16mm (0,63 in) Max] of
the scrip.
Don't miss any single "hair"!!!

The result of this can have serious safety
impact, as wires can touch any metal part.
Cause electrical shock!!!!!

Tie wraps are used as strain relief for these
connector types as they do not inherently have
that. Essential part.
In case the original cable was equipped with tie
wrap you need to add new one.

Insert the cable into Crimp Housing

Center the crimp tool on the sleeve,
Crimp the housing with 6 kg/cm²
!!!Please do pull test that wires are strongly
fixed!!!

WARNING:
Take care that you tight the crimp fully.
If it is not done properly it can cause inner
sparkling and cause overheating and in worst
case a fire!

Please aligned the crimp in such a way that
higher humidity can not captured water like
swimming pool.
•
The open side should always look down
