• Passenger must
face outward.
• Wheelchair brakes
must be locked.
• Inboard locator and
outer barrier must
be UP.

Read and become
familiar with all lift
operation safety
precautions, opera-
tion notes and details,
operating instructions
and manual operat-
ing instructions prior
to operating the lift.
If this information is
not fully understood,
contact The Braun
Corporation immedi-
ately. Failure to do so
may result in serious
bodily injury and/or
property damage.
Before lift operation, park the
vehicle on a level surface, away
from vehicular traffic. Place the
vehicle transmission in "Park"
and engage the parking brake.
Instructions and procedures are
applicable for the NUVL855C.
Warnings and Lift Operating
Instructions decal 340 pro-
vides lift operating instructions.
Replace any missing, worn or
illegible decals.
If your lift does not function as
intended or the audible warning
signal is activated, review the
NHTSA Operations Checklist on
page 27. Refer to the Manual
Operating Instructions on pages
28-32 to manually operate lift.
