4122T Handset User Guide
When phone rings, press the key that is flashing
i.e. internal key or external key.
Dial the extension number.
Press a line key and telephone number.
Press TRANSFER and extension number. Speak
to extension number and release.
Press Transfer.
(if extension is engaged or
ringing no reply)
Press F.
F key also changes the ringing tone of the
phone, R selects the one you like.
1,2,3 is volume control, 1 = quietest 3 =
loudest
Press SYSTEM HOLD.
(able to retrieve call from any extension
with line indication)
Press Line Key.
If on a call and another call comes in, pressing
second line key answers the second call and
automatically puts the first call on hold.
Press R.
