WARRANTY LEVELS
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON FIXTURE
This product has been individually tested to assure quality workmanship and materials for a period
of 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Light bulbs and safety glass lenses are not part of
this warranty. The original dated sales receipt must be presented with any product claim.
ONE YEAR, LIMITED WARRANTY ON FIXTURE
This product has been individually tested to assure quality workmanship and materials for a period
of one year from the date of the original purchase. Light bulbs and safety glass lenses are not part of
this warranty . T he original dated sales receipt, a letter of explanation, and your complete
return mailing address must be included with any returned product.
Upon receipt of the PREPAID product the company at its option can either repair or replace
