This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from
abnormal use, misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident or tampering.
This limited warranty does not apply if the product has:
• Been misused, neglected, repaired, altered, or willfully damaged.
• A defect resulting from failure to follow instructions in the manual
or product specifications.
• A defect which has arisen from the use of non-Motorola approved
accessories/products in conjunction with a Motorola phone.
