Maintain the unit in excellent operating and safety condition both for individuals and for the environment by
performing the scheduled and extraordinary maintenance listed and described below.
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:
- Clean the pump, nozzles, and/or intake circuits.
- Clean the intake filter cartridge.
- Protect the pump from freezing temperatures.
- Check nozzle wear.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE :
- Check the pump membranes or seals pistons.
At the end of season or if the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time, it is necessary
to:
- Carefully wash and dry the unit.
- Carefully check the unit for damaged or worn parts. Change or repair these parts if necessary.
- Tighten all the bolts.
- Cover the unit after placing it in a protected area, if possible.
It is the user's best interest to store the unit well so that it will be in perfect condition when it is time to start
work again.
Always use protective gloves
Never inale the exaust gas. It contains carbon monoxide which is odourless, colourless, and very
dangerous for man's healt
Never run the engine in a small close place, or with insufficient air. Ex: tunnel.....
Be careful when the machine is used near children or animals or any other human beings
Avoid to occlude the silencer
FIRES PREVENTION
Do not bring the engine near cigarette or any other flammable material
Use the engine at a range of 1 metre from walls, doors, fornitures, etc.....
