Our wheelbarrow sprayers are designed to offer maximum versatility, efficiency, and practicality of use, with particular focus being placed upon operator safety and environmental protection.     Use and maintenance manual DESCRIPTION The liquid in the wheelbarrow sprayer is transferred from the tank to the lance, and from there to the nozzle, via a pump. The wheelbarrow sprayer is made up of: - A frame with wheels and an attachment for a hose reel - A main tank - An optional hand wash tank (excluding the wheelbarrow model with a 90 L tank, upon which it is not available)

See Fig. 3. In order to mount the hand wash tank, unscrew the tank's cap (14), remove the filter (16), and screw the hand wash tank onto the tank's threading.

    Use and maintenance manual BATTERY OPERATED MODELS These models come complete with a rechargeable 7.2 A/h, 17 A/h or 27 A/h sealed gel maintenance-free 12 V battery (based on the version). It is recommended to use an automatic battery charger. Using a manual battery charger, be sure to check its charging capacity (Ampere/h).

    This series of wheelbarrow sprayers is equipped with a suction filter (1) with a closure valve (5) and 50 MESH filter cartridges (2), with holes of 0.4 to 0.35 mm. The cleanliness of the filter cartridge must be periodically checked; this check must be carried out more frequently if the liquid contains impurities.

Always avoid contaminating the environment with the residual treatment liquids while performing the cleaning operations. In order to avoid accidental contact with the chemical products, the cleaning operations must be performed while wearing the same protective clothing used during the treatment.
