140 - Troubleshooting
Solution
The SIM card may be incorrectly
inserted. Check the SIM card to make
or sure that it is inserted properly. See
page 21.
Note: Be sure to turn your phone off
and then back on after you re-insert
the SIM card.
Also, you may have an older SIM
card that is not compatible with your
phone. Call your service provider for
more information.
Call your service provider (the
. company that sends you your
monthly wireless service bill) to
obtain the PIN unblocking key (PUK)
code. See page 109.
Enter the factory-preset unlock code
(1234), or the last four digits of your
phone number. (See page 106.) If
this fails, call your service provider
(the company that sends you your
monthly wireless service bill).

you own the phone but do not know
the unlock code, see page108.
