Initial installation
Follow the steps below one by one when using the Monitor for the rst time. Some steps may not be
necessary depending on your Monitor installation and connection.
Connect an antenna cable to the antenna terminal.
(For TV models)
Plug the AC cord into the AC outlet.
Cable tie
Bundle the cables into
cable tie.
Press cable tie clip (1)
and pull out cable tie (2)
completely to release.
(For TV models)
NOTICE
F-type connector should be fi nger-
tightened only.
When connecting the RF cable to the Monitor set, do not
tighten F-type connector with tools.
If tools are used, it may cause damage to your Monitor set.
(The breaking of internal circuit, etc.)

• Place the Monitor close to the AC outlet, and keep the power
plug within reach.
Press
(JOG-KEY) on the Monitor.
Run the initial installation.
• Follow the guide on the Monitor screen to set the
settings.

based on the 4T-C60DL1X.

Troubleshooting
The problems described below are not always caused by malfunctions. Check the Monitor again before
having the Monitor serviced.

CLEARING THE PASSWORD
If you forget the password, clear the password using the following procedure.

From the HOME screen, select "Settings" > "Device Preferences" > "About" > "Factory reset", and
then press 確定 (ENTER).

When you perform a reset, the Monitor will be returned to the factory preset values, and you need to
set the password again.
NOTE
• As a precautionary measure, make a note of your password, and keep it in a safe place.
Symbols placed on equipment
• This mark indicates the product operates on AC Voltage.
• This mark indicates a class II or double insulated electrical appliance wherein the product does not
require a safety connection to electrical earth (ground).
