Solution
Checkif the input wiring
harnessof UPS is in well
connection.
Use voltagemeter to check
the input voltage if in normal
or meets the requirement.
PressUPS city electricity
power button on
Checkthe input wiring harness
whether in normal.
Make sure the wiring harness
in well connection.
Press
over 5 seconds,
hear "Di" sound
Remove all loadsand restart
the machine.
Use a multi-meterto check
whether the input voltageand
the input frequency meetsthe
requirements.
Changenew battery
than 8 hoursunder normal
city electricity, then retest it.
Please immediately turn off
the UPS, cut off the power
input andcontact the
customerservice center for
technical support.
1. Save the data on the loads
immediately and complete
shutdown the important loads
to avoid data lossor damage.
2. Immediately connect the
UPS input terminalto the
standby AC power supply.
